Almost Great

So I got my washer and the install process was pretty seamless. I had wanted to keep my dryer from my stackable but they said that it was not possible so I was like ok I guess I need to get a new dryer anyway. He tested it and ran a quick cycle I guess to rinse the dirt out or any dust. The next day I was ready to do my first wash. I went online to get an idea of what the different cycles were. The controls could have been a little more intuitive. I do appreciate how much bigger this is than my stackable. It is super quiet and I wasn't sure it was going to clean but by in large it did a really good job.
Since I have gotten my washer I have been able to try out a couple of different settings. I don't know if I would definitely call it a soft close lid, but by in large it has been a really great experience.
I would say that the gentle setting is my favorite because often the gentle setting is too gentle and it does not get the things done that it needs to . In terms of my three favorite features, I like the quietness of the machine, I like the auto sensing of balance and load size, and I like the notification when loads are done. I would say my least favorite feature is that I cannot let the washer load and the water to fill up. The water will only fill with the lid locked and closed.
